30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy. Please read the details below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and seals intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at sovecosmetics@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping your product back to us.
  3. Packaging: Please securely pack the items in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs:

Domestic Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.
International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for the return.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that are marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Items that have been opened or used, including personal care products, cannot be returned for a refund unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return as per the policy above and place a new order for the desired item.
